On Oct. 24, more than 400 Unite Here airline catering workers and their supporters protested excessive health-care costs outside of the American Airlines departure terminal in Philadelphia. Many of the workers wore red t-shirts reading “One Job Should Be Enough!” (More text below.)
The workers, who are employed by LSG Sky Chefs—a subcontractor that prepares food for in-flight meals—targeted American Airlines to put pressure on American to require subcontractors to provide more affordable health insurance and increased pay to workers.

At the end of the demonstration, Unite Here workers and their supporters participated in a “die-in” inside of Terminals B and C.
