On January 28, 2020, U.S. president Donald Trump and Zionist PM Netaniahu announced the so-called \u201cDeal of the Century\u201d which means more apartheid and ethnic cleansing for the Palestinians.\u00a0<\/em>Both PA Mahmoud Abbas and the Arab League rejected the deal.\u00a0<\/em>What should the Palestinians do?\u00a0<\/em>

\nFirst<\/span>ly,<\/span>\u00a0we need to figure out who are the enemies and the allies of the Palestinian cause.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nThe Palestinians<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
\nThe Palestinian people itself is not only divided by\u00a0<\/span>location \u2013 1948 Palestine, West Bank, Gaza, Al-Quds, Jordan, Lebanon and elsewhere<\/span>. They are divided into opposed social classes<\/span>, in and outside Palestine<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0which have different perspectives facing the deal of the century.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nThe Palestinian bourgeoisie always want to bargain with imperialism and Zionists. They\u00a0<\/span>trade\u00a0<\/span>apartheid and ethnic<\/span>\u00a0cleansing<\/span>\u00a0for\u00a0<\/span>profits<\/span>. That is what happen<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0in the West Bank. Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian bourgeoisie accept to be the managers of the occupation as\u00a0<\/span>far as\u00a0<\/span>they can make business and get rich.\u00a0<\/span>They do not have strategic goals other than capitalism, exploitation and oppression.<\/span>\u00a0Th<\/span>at<\/span>\u00a0is why they always compromise.<\/span>\u00a0That is why they do not fight to liberate Palestine.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nYet, the working classes<\/span>, the peasantry, the Bedouins, the Youth<\/span>\u00a0need apartheid and ethnic cleansing\u00a0<\/span>to finish\u00a0<\/span>in order to survive.\u00a0<\/span>That is why they need\u00a0<\/span>to fight back both the deal of the century<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0the Zionist State<\/span>\u00a0and imperialis<\/span>t rule<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0There is no possible compromise.<\/span>\u00a0They need to fight\u00a0<\/span>to liberate all Palestine, from the river to the sea, in order to\u00a0<\/span>return to their lands, to live in\u00a0<\/span>peace,\u00a0<\/span>to have land,\u00a0<\/span>jobs,<\/span>\u00a0wages, education and healthcare.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nAny unity in action with the Palestinian bourgeoisie is temporary, provisional and the working classes and the oppressed must keep their independent organizations without the bourgeois class. Of course, if one bourgeois individual join the struggle, he\/she should be accepted. Nevertheless, as a class, the bourgeoisie will never do that.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nThe Arabs<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
\nThe Arab people have the same\u00a0<\/span>class\u00a0<\/span>division.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nOn the one hand<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0there\u00a0<\/span>are<\/span>\u00a0the Arab bourgeoisie and their regimes who are always ready to\u00a0<\/span>bargain with the U.S. imperialism<\/span>. Among the members of the Arab League only three out of\u00a0<\/span>22 do not have any relations with the Zionist State (Kuwait, Algeria and Tunisia)<\/span>. All others are normalizing their relationship with the Zionists<\/span>\u00a0including\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>Sudan<\/span>ese<\/span>\u00a0regime<\/span>\u00a0which has just announced that.<\/span>\u00a0The Arab regimes are not true allies in the struggle to liberate Palestine.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nOn the other hand<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0Arab working classes\u00a0<\/span>and the Youth\u00a0<\/span>are fighting back these authoritarian Arab regimes and want the U.S. imperialism\u00a0<\/span>out of the Arab world. Instinctively they stand in solidarity with the Palestinians.<\/span>\u00a0Arab workers and Youth are the true allies of the Palestinians.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nIn their struggle for the liberation of Palestine,\u00a0<\/span>workers and the Youth<\/span>\u00a0may\u00a0<\/span>carry out<\/span>\u00a0temporary\u00a0<\/span>actions\u00a0<\/span>in unity<\/span>\u00a0with Arab regimes<\/span>, yet<\/span>\u00a0they should be prepared for betrayal.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nIn the Arab world, t<\/span>he only true ally of the Palestinian working<\/span>\u2013<\/span>classes are their sisters and brothers\u00a0<\/span>of the\u00a0<\/span>work<\/span>ing-classes<\/span>\u00a0in all Arab countries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nMaybe the Palestinian workers and the Youth can defeat the Zionists and liberate Palestine by themselves although it is more difficult. To increase the chances, it is better to build an alliance with Arab working people and ask for international solidarity from workers and the Youth across the globe as well.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nThree Critical Directives<\/span><\/b>\u00a0for the Liberation of Palestine<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To<\/span>\u00a0build\u00a0<\/span>democratic\u00a0<\/span>organizations\u00a0<\/span>to unite<\/span>\u00a0all the Palestinian working people<\/span>\u00a0and the Youth<\/span>, in and outside Palestine,\u00a0<\/span>that must be<\/span>\u00a0fully independent\u00a0<\/span>from\u00a0<\/span>the bourgeo<\/span>i<\/span>sie.\u00a0<\/span>Trade-unions, neighborhood councils, committee for\u00a0<\/span>campaigns are very important and the bourgeois<\/span>\u00a0class<\/span>\u00a0should not be let in.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. To build alliances with the\u00a0<\/span>Arab working people<\/span>s<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>It is necessary<\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>stand in solidarity with their uprisings and revolution<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and<\/span>\u00a0to support<\/span>\u00a0Iranian workers<\/span>\u00a0against\u00a0<\/span>Iranian regime<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0It is not possible to ask solidarity from Arab\u00a0<\/span>or Iranian\u00a0<\/span>workers and at the same time\u00a0<\/span>be silent about the\u00a0<\/span>authorit<\/span>arian regimes that oppress them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. To work under a\u00a0<\/span>democratic,\u00a0<\/span>socialist and internationalist perspective.\u00a0<\/span>D<\/span>emocratic\u00a0<\/span>because we do not want Palestine to be ruled like<\/span>wise other Arab authoritarian regimes.\u00a0<\/span>Socialist because\u00a0<\/span>we need equality among all Palestinians.\u00a0<\/span>Internationalist because Palestine\u00a0<\/span>and all other peoples is under an international imperialist order.\u00a0<\/span>The struggle for a Free Palestine\u00a0<\/span>is necessarily combined with the struggle for justice across the nations.\u00a0<\/span>Our enemies\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 imperialism,\u00a0<\/span>the bourgeoisie and the Zionists,\u00a0<\/span>operate on world scale. It is necessary to\u00a0<\/span>build international solidarity among the working people<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0in order to\u00a0<\/span>defeat them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a0<\/span>
        \nThe Question of the Party<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nAlong more than one century of resistance, the Palestinians have\u00a0<\/span>struggled in different ways and have built different organizations, the PLO being the strongest of them all.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nIt is debatable whether it is better to rebuild the PLO or launch another organization in order to unite Palestinians in and outside occupied Palestine including all political parties and factions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nThe point is, however, to have a revolutionary political party that stands for a true liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea, where all Palestinians will have the right to live together with all people who accepts to live in peace with the Palestinians. A revolutionary party that fights back the enemies of the Palestinian liberation (Palestinian bourgeoisie, Arab regimes, Zionists and imperialism) and work together with the natural allies \u2013 Palestinian workers and the Youth in and outside occupied Palestine; the Arab working peoples, the anti-Zionist Jews and workers and the Youth internationally.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nToday\u00a0<\/span>none of the<\/span>\u00a0Palestinian political parties\u00a0<\/span>play this role<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>All of them are bourgeois parties or work with the\u00a0<\/span>Palestinian\u00a0<\/span>bourgeo<\/span>i<\/span>sie. All of them\u00a0<\/span>sides with one or another Arab regime or the Iranian regime<\/span>, making silence over these regime\u2019s crimes against the Arab people<\/span>s<\/span>. Which\u00a0<\/span>Palestinian political party support<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span>people\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>revolutions in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria and Iran<\/span>? None is the answer.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nCollective work on international scale<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nCurrently there are many\u00a0<\/span>true\u00a0<\/span>activists that agree with these ideas but do not agree\u00a0<\/span>on building a\u00a0<\/span>revolutionary\u00a0<\/span>political party.<\/span>\u00a0These activists are very important\u00a0<\/span>for the struggle to liberate Palestine.\u00a0<\/span>We need to work\u00a0<\/span>together\u00a0<\/span>with them<\/span>, in\u00a0<\/span>committees,\u00a0<\/span>demonstrations, strikes<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0Intifadas<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
        \nFurthermore, we need to talk to them, to have open discussion on the strategy to liberate Palestine and the question of the party.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nIsn\u2019t it useful to have a group of true activists that explain to the Palestinian people that the Palestinian bourgeoisie compromises with the Zionist State and Arab regimes on the expenses of the Palestinian working people?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nIsn\u2019t it important to have a group of true activists\u00a0<\/span>that calls the Palestinian resistance to stand in solidarity with the Syrian\u00a0<\/span>revolution against Assad regime?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nThe same question can be made\u00a0<\/span>for the struggles in<\/span>\u00a0other countries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nFor the Egyptian revolution,\u00a0<\/span>wasn\u2019t it critical to have a group of true activists to\u00a0<\/span>say out and loud that the military and the people are not one hand?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nFor the Lebanese revolution, isn\u2019t it important to have a group of true activists that denounces any \u201ctechnocratic\u201d government, and stands for workers\u2019\u00a0<\/span>power.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nIn the Middle East, isn\u2019t important to have a group of true activists that<\/span>\u00a0denounces\u00a0<\/span>U.S. criminal actions and fights\u00a0<\/span>to expel all<\/span>\u00a0U.S. troops and bases<\/span>\u00a0from the\u00a0<\/span>Middle East<\/span>, but at the same time do not call Iranian general\u00a0<\/span>Qassem<\/span>\u00a0Suleimani<\/span>\u00a0a martyr of Al-Quds<\/span>\u00a0since\u00a0<\/span>Suleimani<\/span>\u00a0is the butcher of the Syrian people together with Putin and Assad?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nT<\/span>his group of true activists, we call a revolutionary party.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nOne can argue that all of this can be do<\/span>ne a<\/span>s an individual. It is true but\u00a0<\/span>it is more efficient to do it as a group of activists that operate not only on local level but internationally.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \n\u00a0<\/span>
        \nHow a revolutionary party works<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nThere is no fixed formula on how a revolutionary party should work. We must take into account the political situation in the country \u2013 if there is some freedom or open repression only; if there is a wave of struggles or not \u2013 and the size of the group: a few individuals or some hundred members<\/span>i<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nAnyway, the revolutionary party must be where the working class is: workplaces, trade-unions, working-class\u00a0<\/span>neighborhoods<\/span>\u00a0and refugee camps. In addition to taking part in their struggles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nIt is very important to have public communications be it printed (newsletter or leaflets) or virtual (website,\u00a0<\/span>facebook<\/span>\u00a0page, tweeter,\u00a0<\/span>instagram<\/span>) to spread the ideas of the party.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nIt is critical to have international links with a revolutionary international party.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nAt last it is necessary to be prepared for repression. The ideas of the party must be public but information about members, leaders, meetings should be kept in secret. Contact with lawyers who can assist members in jail, and means to hide must be planned.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
        \nThese are some ideas. The International Workers\u2019 League (Fourth International) is open to address this discussion with any true activist.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

        \nThe Party has a thous<\/span><\/i>a<\/span><\/i>nd eyes.<\/span><\/i>
        \nThe Party can see seven lands<\/span><\/i>
        \nMan<\/span><\/i>\u00a0a single city.<\/span><\/i>
        \nMan<\/span><\/i>\u00a0has only his hour<\/span><\/i>
        \nThe Party has many hours.<\/span><\/i>
        \nMan<\/span><\/i>\u00a0alone<\/span><\/i>\u00a0can be annihilated<\/span><\/i>
