Su objetivo es utilizar los beneficios robados de la industria extractiva para las necesidades humanas y poner la producci\u00f3n bajo el control de los trabajadores y las comunidades ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Escucharemos a <strong>Edward Gallardo<\/strong>, minero en la mina de cobre de Chuquicamata, en Chile, y presidente del sindicato SIM (Sindicato Nacional Interempresa de los Trabajadores de la Miner\u00eda). El SIM naci\u00f3 del levantamiento social de 2019 en Chile contra 30 a\u00f1os de austeridad y reformas neoliberales. Junto con otros sindicatos, grupos comunitarios y organizaciones socialistas, el SIM lidera la campa\u00f1a por la nacionalizaci\u00f3n de todas las grandes minas de cobre, litio y oro sin compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los activistas se\u00f1alan que s\u00f3lo con el control obrero permitir\u00e1 al movimiento obrero y a los agricultores proteger el ecosistema y minimizar los impactos sobre la naturaleza, reorganizando la producci\u00f3n para la seguridad de los trabajadores y la preservaci\u00f3n del ecosistema.
