Los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n internacionales han informado de que, desde hace m\u00e1s de un mes, no han dejado de aumentar los asesinatos perpetrados por las fuerzas pakistan\u00edes contra los cachemires que se manifiestan a favor de reformas significativas en el proceso electoral.<\/p>\n<p>La violencia alcanz\u00f3 su punto \u00e1lgido el 27 de julio, cuando los Rangers paquistan\u00edes abrieron fuego contra miles de manifestantes pac\u00edficos y desarmados que hab\u00edan comenzado a marchar desde la localidad de Rawalakot hacia la capital regional, Muzaffarabad. Los informes indican que m\u00e1s de dos docenas de personas perdieron la vida en ese ataque. A esto le sigui\u00f3 un asalto de las fuerzas paquistan\u00edes contra los manifestantes en Mirpur el 28 de julio. El uso de fuerza letal contra personas pac\u00edficas y desarmadas es inaceptable y debe ser objeto de una investigaci\u00f3n internacional inmediata e independiente\u00bb.
