Es uno de los muchos pa\u00edses africanos que acogen a estos deportados. La Administraci\u00f3n Trump ha expulsado por la fuerza a migrantes y solicitantes de asilo sin informarles de su destino. Se intenta llevar a cabo la deportaci\u00f3n masiva mediante la repatriaci\u00f3n, y cuando esto no es posible porque los detenidos se niegan a ser repatriados o su pa\u00eds de origen se niega a recibirlos, los \u00abacuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de asilo\u00bb o los acuerdos con \u00abterceros pa\u00edses\u00bb se han convertido en la alternativa preferida de la administraci\u00f3n. Para Trump y su banda de intolerantes, nada es demasiado duro para llevar a cabo la deportaci\u00f3n masiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La amenaza de la deportaci\u00f3n a \u00abterceros pa\u00edses\u00bb tambi\u00e9n se utiliza para presionar a los solicitantes de asilo a que renuncien a sus derechos y abandonen los EE. UU. \u00abvoluntariamente\u00bb. Incluso cuando los detenidos cuentan con \u00f3rdenes judiciales de protecci\u00f3n, los funcionarios de inmigraci\u00f3n han incumplido dichas \u00f3rdenes. La Associated Press document\u00f3 250 casos de incumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La Ley de Refugiados de 1951 y la Convenci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas contra la Tortura obligan a los pa\u00edses a tener en cuenta la posibilidad de que los refugiados sufran malos tratos a manos del Estado que los acoge. La protecci\u00f3n se aplica independientemente de la situaci\u00f3n legal. Es ilegal enviar a un detenido a un pa\u00eds donde pueda sufrir abusos contra los derechos humanos. Pero a la administraci\u00f3n de Trump claramente no le importa la legalidad. Su enfoque ha consistido en negar a las personas el derecho a un proceso justo. Negocian acuerdos secretos y se llevan a los detenidos en vuelos secretos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una comisi\u00f3n de relaciones exteriores del Senado descubri\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n Trump hab\u00eda enviado m\u00e1s de 32 millones de d\u00f3lares a pa\u00edses africanos. Estos pactos entre pa\u00edses tambi\u00e9n se conocen como \u00abacuerdos de tercer pa\u00eds seguro\u00bb. Sin embargo, no hay nada \u00abseguro\u00bb en los pa\u00edses en cuesti\u00f3n. Eswatini sigue manteniendo a 19 hombres en detenci\u00f3n ilegal tras su llegada desde EE. UU. Sud\u00e1n del Sur sufre la guerra y la hambruna, y la violencia contra la poblaci\u00f3n civil es rampante. Tambi\u00e9n existe la amenaza de que la guerra en Sud\u00e1n se extienda desde el norte. Funcionarios estadounidenses se dirigieron al Gobierno de Sud\u00e1n del Sur para que aceptara a ocho deportados, de los cuales solo uno era originario de Sud\u00e1n del Sur. A cambio, el Gobierno pidi\u00f3 a EE. UU. que eliminara las restricciones de visado y levantara las sanciones a los ciudadanos de Sud\u00e1n del Sur, seg\u00fan <i>Politico<\/i>. EE. UU. hab\u00eda revocado los visados en abril de 2025 tras exigir al pa\u00eds que aceptara el retorno de sus ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Camer\u00fan recibi\u00f3 a 17 hombres y mujeres procedentes de otros pa\u00edses africanos. El Gobierno detuvo a los 17 y los presion\u00f3 para que regresaran a sus pa\u00edses de origen. Aunque algunos de los detenidos no reun\u00edan los requisitos para obtener asilo en EE. UU., estaban bajo una orden de protecci\u00f3n de los tribunales. EE. UU. deport\u00f3 a africanos occidentales a Ghana, quienes posteriormente quedaron abandonados en Togo sin documentaci\u00f3n. A la Administraci\u00f3n Trump no le importa especialmente ad\u00f3nde se les env\u00ede, siempre y cuando ya no esten en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La administraci\u00f3n ha recurrido al soborno. Eswatini ha aceptado 5 millones de d\u00f3lares para acoger a los deportados, incluso a aquellos designados como \u00abcriminales y terroristas\u00bb. Guinea Ecuatorial recibi\u00f3 7 millones de d\u00f3lares. La Sociedad Jur\u00eddica de Uganda act\u00faa en nombre de los detenidos que han sido reducidos a \u00abpoco m\u00e1s que muebles, en beneficio de intereses an\u00f3nimos, a ambos lados del Atl\u00e1ntico\u00bb (seg\u00fan \u00abExternalizing Asylum\u00bb). El gobierno de Netanyahu ha propuesto a m\u00faltiples naciones africanas como destino para la poblaci\u00f3n de Gaza. El a\u00f1o pasado, Israel reconoci\u00f3 al estado separatista de Somalilandia. La motivaci\u00f3n era doble: establecer un punto de apoyo en \u00c1frica Oriental y reasentar a los palestinos. Israel tambi\u00e9n plante\u00f3 la idea de enviar a la poblaci\u00f3n superviviente a Egipto y Sud\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c1frica es ahora un vertedero para los refugiados de las guerras, la persecuci\u00f3n racial y \u00e9tnica, el cambio clim\u00e1tico y la hambruna. Las condiciones en gran parte del mundo est\u00e1n contribuyendo a un \u00e9xodo de proporciones b\u00edblicas a escala mundial. Mientras tanto, los imperialistas rivales siguen explotando los recursos de \u00c1frica. Los pa\u00edses ricos no son la soluci\u00f3n, sino la fuente del problema.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 lugar ocupa \u00c1frica en la econom\u00eda mundial? El mismo que siempre ha ocupado: el de proveedor de materias primas. Sigue estando subdesarrollada y dependiendo de la industria extractiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La relaci\u00f3n de Europa y Estados Unidos con el continente es prueba de la naturaleza b\u00e1rbara del capitalismo. Tras cientos de a\u00f1os de cazar y secuestrar a su poblaci\u00f3n y saquear sus recursos, ahora utilizan \u00c1frica como recept\u00e1culo para los ap\u00e1tridas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Contener a la clase trabajadora africana mediante la explotaci\u00f3n, la opresi\u00f3n y el fomento de una burocracia corrupta es el modus operandi del imperialismo. Los trabajadores y oprimidos de \u00c1frica deben rechazar estos tratados de deportaci\u00f3n imperialistas y deshumanizantes, y organizarse contra los gobiernos compradores que los aceptan.
